Michelle Tan is an Assistant Director of Campaigns and Production Department (CPD) in the Ministry of Digital Development and Information. Together with her colleagues who are also speaking at Learning Fest 2025, their leadership drives the delivery of Whole-of-Government messages through a blend of data-driven insights, creative storytelling, and bold experimentation so as to craft content on issues that matter to Singaporeans. From major announcements like Budget and National Day Rally, to high-priority issues like Forward Singapore, Cost-of-Living and crisis communications such as for Covid-19, CPD delivers impactful campaigns that engage and inform Singaporeans in an ever-evolving landscape. Their recent accolades include Excellence in Interactive Marketing / AR & VR (Gold) for the ‘Singapore Farm Tycoon’ project, and Excellence in Video Advertising (Bronze) for the 2024 Chinese New Year Short Film at the 2024 Marketing Excellence Awards.
