FAQ

Nominations by HR Directors

  • There is a minimum of one session per day on Day 2 and Day 3 across all programme categories. Please refer to the nomination email with registration instructions for the details. You should receive the email by 20 June2025  – please contact us at cscollege_psf@cscollege.gov.sg if you have not heard from us by then.

  • Affected nominees are strongly encouraged to write in ahead of time to request for a link to virtual streaming instead. This is to ensure that your spot can be offered to another officer.

  • If you're unable to attend due to urgent work commitments, we would appreciate your help in finding a colleague from your agency to attend in your place. To ensure our records are updated, please inform your HR coordinator and update your registration to reflect this change, and ask your colleague to register separately for the event.

  • As the individual sessions from the programme are intended for officers from specific functions, some webinars would cover topics/contents which primarily cater to the target audience from the same functional groups. However, there are no pre-requisites to sign up, and you are welcome to join any topic that interests you.

  • Maximum 2 sessions

  • This will vary depending on each Virtual Learning Journey. If applicable, further instructions will be shared via email.

  • Maximum 2 sessions

  • You may register for both programmes on Day 3. However, it is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the programmes signed up for do not overlap in timing.

Programmes

  • Registration for all 3 days is not compulsory, unless you have been nominated.

For those who have been nominated, please refer to the nomination email with registration instructions for the details. Those who have not received the email yet should get it soon.

  • Weigh your professional needs and wants, and prioritise accordingly. Please look through the website thoroughly to understand more about the programmes that you are potentially keen on and ensure that their session timings do not overlap with each other.

  • You will receive an acknowledgement email from GovEntry with a unique QR code to inform you of a successful submission.

  • You can make amendments on your registration form by following these steps:

Step 1: Retrieve the acknowledgement email from GovEntry that was sent to your inbox after registration.

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the email and click on ‘To Edit’. The hyperlink is located below the QR code.

Step 3: Please ensure all boxes are checked when you made any edits to the form. Failure to do so will result in an unsuccessful submission, and any changes will not be reflected in the system.
