As Chief Operating Officer of ServiceSG at the Public Service Division (PMO), Ms Lee Mui Ling plays a pivotal role in transforming government service delivery in Singapore. Her leadership has brought to life 9 ServiceSG Centres that seamlessly integrate nearly 600 services across 27 agencies, and central Contact Centre serving 16 agencies.
Driving whole-of-government excellence, Ms Lee leads the Whole of Government service community who is committed to deliver integrated and seamless services to citizens. As a functional leader in public service delivery, she has championed citizen-centricity and organisational excellence across government agencies to ensure that services are not just efficient, but truly citizen-centric. She has since uplifted and co-created service policies with key service leaders across government so that government knows citizens as one, and serve with heart.
She has also driven the leadership and workforce capabilities in the service community to ensure that officers are future ready to serve amidst the ever-evolving service delivery landscape.
Before joining the public service, Ms Lee was Asia Chief Information Officer and Director of Global Business Services at Procter & Gamble, where she spent 26 years honing her expertise in brand management, human resources, and IT transformation. She holds a business degree from the National University of Singapore and an MA in Education from the University of Sheffield, UK.
