Celine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University. She started her career with the Auditor-General’s Office, before moving on to enjoy a stint in the banking sector. Celine subsequently returned to the public sector, joining the Accountant-General’s Department, whereby she went on various postings to several government agencies, such as the Ministry of Manpower, Workforce Singapore, and Ministry of Education. Celine is currently posted to the Land Transport Authority, overseeing the financial planning team on management of the agency’s development budget and funding for rail and bus projects.​
