Martin Tan is the CEO of The Majurity Trust, a philanthropic organization in Singapore that works with donors and charities to build a thriving community in Singapore. He serves on the boards of Founders Memorial, Ray of Hope, Children's Museum Singapore, and Halogen Foundation Singapore.

He previously served on the boards of National Council of Social Service, National Library Board, the National Family Council, and National Youth Council. Formerly an Executive Director of the Institute for Societal Leadership at Singapore Management University, he had worked with global leaders as a platform speaker and leadership developer.

Martin was conferred The Outstanding Young Person Award (2008) and Singapore Youth Award (2013) for his contributions to society.
