Mr Koh Seng Choon graduated with Bachelor of Engineering (First Class) from Sheffield University UK, and Master of Science from Cranfield Institute of Technology.

In October 2010 he started Project Dignity, a social enterprise to help the disabled and the disadvantaged. Project Dignity was later expanded to Hong Kong in 2019.

Seng Choon was awarded Singapore President Social Enterprise Award 2015, World 50 Best Restaurant Champion of Change Award 2022, Tatler Award for Humanity 2024, and The Straits Times Singaporean of the Year Award 2024.
